Goldman Whites Group (“GW Group”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and accountability.

This Whistleblower & Grievance Policy provides a clear framework for employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of laws and internal policies without fear of retaliation.

2. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Encourage the reporting of unethical, illegal, or unsafe activities

  • Protect whistleblowers from retaliation or victimization

  • Ensure timely and fair investigation of concerns

  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct

3. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, directors, and officers of GW Group

  • Contractors, consultants, and temporary staff

  • Suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders interacting with the Company

4. Reportable Concerns

Individuals are encouraged to report concerns including, but not limited to:

  • Fraud, bribery, or corruption

  • Financial misconduct or mismanagement

  • Violations of laws, regulations, or internal policies

  • Unsafe working conditions or environmental hazards

  • Discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior

  • Confidentiality obligations continue even after the matter is resolved

7. Protection from Retaliation

The Company prohibits retaliation against anyone reporting concerns in good faith. Retaliation includes:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination

  • Dismissal or demotion

  • Any adverse impact on employment or contractual status

Any act of retaliation will result in disciplinary action, including potential termination or legal action.

8. Investigation Procedure

  • All reports will be acknowledged promptly

  • A designated officer or committee will investigate impartially

  • Investigations will be conducted in a fair, timely, and confidential manner

  • Findings and recommendations will be documented and communicated appropriately

9. Record Keeping

Records of reports, investigations, and outcomes will be maintained securely and confidentially in accordance with UAE regulations and internal policies.
