Supplier / Vendor Code of Conduct

1. Introduction
Goldman Whites Group (“GW Group”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”) is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This Supplier / Vendor Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations that all suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and business partners (“Suppliers”) must adhere to when conducting business with GW Group.
Compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with the Company.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Suppliers must:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates and any other relevant jurisdictions
Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications
3. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
GW Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption.
Suppliers must not:
Offer, promise, give, or accept bribes or improper payments
Provide gifts, hospitality, or incentives intended to improperly influence business decisions
Engage in facilitation payments or unethical business practices
Suppliers must comply with applicable UAE Anti-Corruption and AML/CFT laws.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Sanctions Compliance
Suppliers must:
Ensure compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
Avoid engaging in business with sanctioned individuals or entities
Maintain transparent financial records
Cooperate with any due diligence or screening processes conducted by GW Group
5. Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers are expected to:
Conduct business with integrity and transparency
Avoid conflicts of interest
Compete fairly and ethically
Maintain accurate books and records
Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed immediately.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Suppliers must:
Protect confidential information received from GW Group
Use such information solely for authorized purposes
Implement appropriate cybersecurity and data protection measures
Comply with applicable data protection laws
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the business relationship ends.
7. Human Rights & Labor Standards
Suppliers must uphold fundamental human rights and ensure:
No forced, bonded, or involuntary labor
No child labor
Fair wages and working hours in accordance with applicable laws
A workplace free from discrimination and harassment
Safe and healthy working conditions
8. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Suppliers must:
Comply with applicable health and safety regulations
Maintain safe working environments
Take reasonable steps to minimize environmental impact
Follow sustainable and responsible business practices where applicable
9. Use of Subcontractors
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their subcontractors comply with the standards outlined in this Code.
10. Monitoring & Compliance
GW Group reserves the right to:
Conduct due diligence and compliance checks
Request documentation demonstrating adherence to this Code
Terminate agreements if a Supplier violates these standards
11. Reporting Concerns
Suppliers are encouraged to report suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or legal violations related to GW Group’s operations.
Reports may be submitted confidentially to:
GW Group prohibits retaliation against any party reporting concerns in good faith.
12. Acceptance
By engaging in business with Goldman Whites Group, Suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Supplier / Vendor Code of Conduct.
