1. Introduction

Goldman Whites Group (“GW Group”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”) is committed to conducting business with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

This Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy outlines the principles and standards that govern the behavior of all employees, management, directors, contractors, and representatives of the Company.

Compliance with this Code is mandatory.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse for non-compliance.

4. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

GW Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Kickbacks

  • Improper payments or gifts

No employee may offer, give, solicit, or accept anything of value intended to improperly influence a business decision.

All business dealings must be transparent and properly documented.

5. Conflicts of Interest

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the Company’s interests.

Examples include:

  • Undisclosed financial interests in competing businesses

  • Personal relationships that influence business decisions

  • Using company position for personal gain

Any potential conflict must be disclosed to management immediately.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Employees must:

  • Protect confidential company information

  • Safeguard client and partner data

  • Avoid unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information

Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment ends.

7. Fair Treatment & Workplace Conduct

GW Group promotes a professional, inclusive, and respectful workplace. We do not tolerate:

  • Discrimination

  • Harassment

  • Bullying

  • Retaliation

  • Unsafe working conditions

All individuals must be treated with dignity and respect.

8. Use of Company Assets

Company assets, including:

  • Financial resources

  • Equipment and technology

  • Intellectual property

  • Brand reputation

must be used responsibly and strictly for legitimate business purposes.

9. Reporting Violations

Employees are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Code or any unethical behavior.

Reports can be made confidentially to senior management or the designated Compliance Officer.

The Company prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

10. Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with this Code may result in:

  • Disciplinary measures

  • Termination of employment or contract

  • Legal action where necessary

11. Policy Review

This Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
